Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and cable channels, a fridge, and a writing desk in the room. The views over mountain. Amicable staff, good and unbeatable location adjacent to the old town and good restaurants and the centre of the city and a park that's worth seeing, and a supermarket, 10 minutes walk.

the room I booked was spacious and clean, and the interior had a modern and comfortable feel. I was impressed by how impeccably clean the hotel room was. the location was excellent, just a short walk to the major sites of Veliko Tûrnovo. the guest house provided a kettle and cups, so I could bring in my own breakfast from a nearby bakery and make coffee or tea. There were also several excellent restaurants within a few hundred meters. the experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend Guest House Gurkov. Cons: It was all superb! 😊.

Great location, close to major sites and restaurants. the room was clean and cozy. I enjoyed the view from the balcony in the morning and evening. the host was helpful and friendly.
The bathroom was small and the floor got wet after showering. There were stairs to climb with luggage.

Lovely serene place. Would have liked to have stayed there longer. I prefer my coffee without sugar, so I don't really like 3 in 1 :-) :-).

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is super central, just a minute walk from the main street. The room is cozy, full of light, and the bed is so comfy. Plus, there's a water heater for quick tea or coffee. The bathroom is spotlessly clean with a great open shower. There's a big fridge in the hall and a spacious terrace outdoors with tables and chairs. The host is incredibly nice and helpful, even assisting with parking. And if you're an animal lover, you'll adore their playful dog Archie. Absolutely no complaints!

As a business traveler, I appreciated the convenient location in the Old Town sector, with easy access upon arrival. Free parking nearby was a bonus. the recently-refurbished guest house had a charming 'Secessionist' architecture. the room provided ample space and was impeccably clean. the friendly staff offered a kettle and cups, allowing me to enjoy a self-made breakfast from a nearby bakery. Multiple excellent restaurants were within a short walk. the option to enjoy a 'take-in' meal on the terrace was a pleasant alternative.
Felt very lucky, no complaints at all.

This guest house is located in a prime spot near the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. It is situated on a slope uphill, providing a picturesque view of the surroundings. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the bathrooms are excellent and spotless. the hosts are friendly and welcoming, offering helpful recommendations and even providing complimentary coffee, croissants, and occasional cakes. the location and facilities make for a pleasant stay.
One minor inconvenience is the lack of parking options within the hotel premises. Guests will need to find parking elsewhere nearby, which may be a bit of a hassle.

The hotel is located in the old part of town, offering a charming atmosphere and easy walking access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, with modern fittings in the private bathroom and a comfortable bed. The friendly owners were always available to assist and the fast wifi was a bonus. The shared hall fridge was convenient for guests, and the views from the balcony were stunning.
Some rooms faced a busy road, resulting in occasional traffic noise and a streetlight shining into the room at night.
